According to a statement from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MoCI), the itinerary is packed with strategic engagements.<\/p>\n

Minister Azizi is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at the ECO summit, where he will advocate for enhanced regional trade corridors, streamlined transit protocols, and joint infrastructure projects among member states.<\/p>\n

The ECO, comprising 10 nations including Afghanistan, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, and Central Asian republics, serves as a vital platform for fostering economic, commercial, cultural, and technical collaborations.<\/p>\n

Complementing the ECO agenda, Azizi will inaugurate the Halal Expo 2025<\/a>\u2014a premier global event showcasing halal-certified products, services, and innovations from over 120 countries.<\/p>\n

This platform aligns perfectly with Afghanistan’s burgeoning halal export sector, including carpets, dried fruits, saffron, and leather goods. Speaking at the expo’s opening, Azizi emphasized: “The goal of our delegation is to forge new economic and trade opportunities between Afghanistan, Turkey, and the broader region; to introduce our halal products to international markets; and to draw foreign investment, particularly from our brotherly nation of Turkey.”<\/p>\n
