U.S. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham delivered a powerful and uncompromising message of support for Donald Trump’s stance on confronting the suppression of the Iranian people.Describing the Iranian regime under Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei as a “brutal, Nazi-like religious dictatorship,” Graham declared: “The single greatest prize and achievement of your presidency would be the total collapse of this regime.

Kabul 24: Either it falls and its leader is killed, or – like other failed dictators – he ends up fleeing to Moscow.”Graham urged Trump to stand firmly with the Iranian people at this historic moment. “Stand with them, Mr. President.

Stand behind them, keep your promises, and history will record you as the second Ronald Reagan – the leader who courageously confronted an evil empire and helped bring it down.”He sharply criticized any lingering hope in Washington for a new nuclear deal with Tehran, calling those who believe Khamenei would ever genuinely abandon his nuclear ambitions “naive.” Graham added: “Anyone in the White House who thinks Ali Khamenei will truly give up his nuclear dreams simply doesn’t understand the nature of this regime.

Fortunately, Donald Trump is not naive.”Turning his attention to the Democratic Party, Graham accused them of deliberately downplaying and undermining the Iranian freedom movement for domestic political reasons.

Pointing to figures such as Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi and other opposition leaders, he said: “There are people inside Iran who want to be our friends, who want a free and democratic future.

But because this transformation might happen under Trump’s watch, you belittle and dismiss this movement – even as thousands of brave Iranians are losing their lives in the streets.”In closing, Graham emphasized that history remembers leaders who show courage in decisive moments and stand with oppressed nations.

He framed the current crisis in Iran as exactly such a moment – an opportunity for Donald Trump to leave an enduring legacy by supporting the Iranian people in their struggle against one of the world’s most repressive regimes.
