He emphasized that the Supreme Court remains fully committed to implementing Islamic Sharia in all judicial and legal affairs.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Mansour Ahmad Hamza explained: \u201cCourts of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan have adjudicated 790 cases and matters related to women\u2019s rights in the first and second quarters of 1447 AH.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Of these, 723 cases were directly related to inheritance and property. Additionally, 49 cases resulted in the issuance and registration of inheritance and property documents in women\u2019s names, while 18 other cases involved the review and certification of previously registered property documents to confirm women\u2019s ownership rights.\u201dMeanwhile, women\u2019s rights activists argue that merely processing these cases does not guarantee full protection of women\u2019s rights.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>They stress that easier access for women to justice institutions is essential for effectively securing their entitlements, particularly in inheritance and property matters.Many women, they say, continue to face significant social, cultural, and economic barriers that prevent them from pursuing their legal rights.Tafsir Siahposh, a women\u2019s rights activist, commented: \u201cWe women have long faced restrictions, especially regarding inheritance rights.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Neither we nor our families have been able to fully claim this right.
