He revealed that the commission had sent private messages to some of them, particularly noting concerns about Sayyaf\u2019s health. \u201cWe secretly sent him a message saying, \u2018Professor, come,\u2019\u201d Delawar said. \u201cWe heard he is very ill.<\/p>\n

Some of those who had returned called for the creation of job opportunities and economic prospects to help them reintegrate smoothly into society.Mirbat Khan Mangal, a former member of parliament, expressed his happiness and said: \u201cI am very pleased. Open your arms.<\/p>\n
Opportunities must be created for the youth.\u201dAhmad Wali Hakimi, a former deputy minister in the previous government\u2019s Ministry of Refugees and Returnees, stated emotionally: \u201cThis is my own homeland. I was born here and my entire life has been here.<\/p>\n
How can I not return? I tell everyone else to come back as well.\u201dAccording to statistics from the Commission for Contact with Afghan Personalities, more than 1,300 immunity cards have been issued so far, of which over 1,000 individuals have already returned to Afghanistan from abroad.<\/p>\n
The commission was established by decree of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Its goal is to facilitate dialogue, provide a safe environment for the return of former political, military, and civilian figures, and support national reconciliation and reconstruction efforts.<\/p>\n
Officials say the program is part of broader initiatives to promote national unity and reduce past tensions.<\/p>\n
Delawar stressed once again that the return of these personalities could contribute to stability, economic progress, and Afghan<\/a> unity, guiding the country toward a better future.<\/p>\nHe assured that, except in cases involving personal rights claims, there would be no pursuit of past actions.<\/p>\n
