Kabul 24<\/a>: According to the report, Mossad Director Roman Gofman has removed two senior officials responsible for designing a special operation aimed at overthrowing the Iranian government.<\/p>\n

While their identities remain undisclosed, it has been confirmed that one served as the head of Mossad’s intelligence division\u2014a position held since last December\u2014while the other was the chief official directly overseeing the “Iran dossier.”<\/p>\n

Israeli defense sources told Channel 12 that although friction had existed between Gofman and the two officials since he assumed leadership, their removal was not driven solely by personal disputes, pointing instead to broader strategic considerations.<\/p>\n

Nonetheless, both individuals will remain within the organization, transitioning to alternative roles within Mossad rather than being dismissed entirely.<\/p>\n
