During his address, the Interior Minister characterized historic ethnic, regional, and linguistic divisions as the deliberate outcome of hostile foreign interventions designed to destabilize the nation.<\/p>\n

He asserted that Afghans are now actively forging a path toward unity, brotherhood, and national cohesion under a single governing framework.<\/p>\n
