A New York judge has fined Donald Trump $5,000 for violating a gag order that prohibits him from commenting on the court and his staff during his fraud trial.

According to Kabul 24 report, Arthur Angoron, the judge of the New York City Court of America, announced that Donald Trump, the former president of the United States and the current leading candidate of the Republican primary competition, recently posted an article on the subject of a verbal attack on the judge’s clerk in his account on his social network known as “Truth Social”. ” and later deleted it, but his post on his 2024 presidential campaign website was still visible two weeks after he was ordered to remove it.

According to “Reuters” news agency, the judge of this court said, it seems that the violation of the silence order by Trump happened unintentionally, but “Make no mistake! “More cases of violation of this ruling in the future, whether intentional or unintentional, will make the offender subject to much more severe punishments.”

These penalties could include stiffer fines and possible jail time for Trump, the judge said.

Ngoron is the judge in the trial of Trump on charges of exaggerating his net worth to deceive creditors brought by New York State Attorney General Leticia James.

Despite the challenges and legal cases raised against him, Trump is currently the leading candidate in the Republican primaries to determine the party’s presidential candidate in the 2024 election.

A few days ago, Trump published a photo of the chief secretary of this judge with Chuck Schumer, the leader of the Democratic majority of the US Senate and one of the critics of this former president, on social media and called this secretary the “mistress” of this US senator. Following Trump’s action, Engron issued a “silence order” to Trump on October 3.

The judge stated in the silence order that Trump’s comments about his employees were “unacceptable and inappropriate and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.”

Trump has sometimes appeared in this trial, and outside the courtroom, he has verbally attacked Angoron and Leticia James in interviews with reporters.

Trump is facing charges in four other lawsuits related to trying to overturn his defeat in the 2020 election, managing classified documents after leaving the presidency and paying hush money to an actor in pornographic films.
