Afghanistan’s national futsal team won against Macau with the result of 18-2 in the qualifying stage of the Asian Futsal Nations Cup and advanced to this cup for the first time.

According to Kabul 24; Afghanistan national futsal team played against Macau on Wednesday evening, 19 matches, and won with the result of 18-2.

The national futsal players of the country scored eight goals against Macau in the first half of this game and managed to score 10 more goals in the second half.

The preliminary stage of the Asian Nations Cup will be hosted by Saudi Arabia from May 16 to 20.

At this stage, Afghanistan was in the same group with the national futsal teams of Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Macau.

Afghanistan had defeated Saudi Arabia 3-2 in the qualifying stage of the Futsal Nations of Asia Cup, tied with Indonesia 7-7, and with this win, they climbed decisively.

The Asian Futsal Cup will be held in 2024.
