Faryab police have reported the suicide of a young woman in Pashtunkot district of this province.
Kabul 24: According to the Faryab Security Command’s newsletter, this woman committed suicide yesterday evening (Sunday, 30 Mizan) in Hazarsum village of Pashtunkot district.
It is said that this woman’s name was Kamele and she was 25 years old.
According to the information of the Taliban police, this woman hanged herself in her house for unknown reasons
The Taliban have arrested Kamela’s husband in connection with this case.
A week ago, a young woman committed suicide in Garzivan district of this province due to a family dispute.
Along with family violence and tension, mental illness and mental stress caused by poverty and unemployment are considered to be major factors of suicide in the country, especially among women.
