University lecturer Mohammad Emal Dostyar emphasized the importance of reassuring certain groups operating in Afghanistan, stating that diplomatic relations with regional and global countries are essential to achieve this goal.
Political analyst Samiullah Ahmadzai suggested that the Islamic Emirate should take positive steps to address the concerns of the international community, and that girls’ schools and universities should not be conditioned on interaction with the international community.
Abdul Jamil Shirani, another political analyst, reiterated the Islamic Emirate’s repeated assurances that Afghanistan’s territory will not be used against any country, and that there will be no problems for neighboring countries, the region, or beyond.
