Youth Ask Islamic Emirate to Provide Jobs, Scholarships

Several young people recently met with Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Islamic Emirate’s deputy prime minister for administrative affairs, to advocate for job opportunities and educational scholarships.
Youth Acknowledge Government Efforts

Kabul 24: During the meeting, the youth commended the Islamic Emirate for enhancing security, combating drug trafficking, and initiating various developmental projects. They expressed gratitude for the government’s initiatives while urging a stronger focus on employment and education.

Requests for Employment and Healthcare Improvements

The youth emphasized the need for job creation, educational scholarships, and modernizing healthcare facilities. They specifically called for the activation of factories to engage more young people in the workforce.

Government’s Commitment to Job Creation

Hanafi assured attendees that efforts to generate job opportunities are ongoing. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs recently signed a memorandum with organizations worth $3.7 million, aiming to create jobs for approximately 2,500 individuals across seven provinces.
