Dan newspaper, quoting its sources, reported that about 11 security forces were killed and two others were injured in a suicide attack on a checkpoint in Janikhel area of Banu region.
The condition of these wounded is reported to be serious.
This suicide attack also resulted in the armed attack of the militia on this checkpoint.
Meanwhile, this newspaper reported that eight more security forces were killed and three others were injured in a clash with insurgents in Tira district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
These people were killed as a result of an attack by militants on an army post near the central area of Bagh Maidan.
The Pakistani military has not said anything about the deaths of these forces, but announced that nine insurgents were killed in clashes with security forces in the area on Tuesday.
