China’s foreign minister said at the fifth meeting of foreign ministers of Central Asian countries and China that Beijing and Central Asian countries have agreed to help Afghanistan to achieve peace, stability and reconstruction.
Kabul 24: Wang Yi also added in this meeting that China and Central Asian countries have agreed to fight terrorism, separatism, extremism and foreign interference in the internal affairs of Central Asian countries.
Lin Jian, the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, said: “We must actively act on the basis of the global security initiative, jointly fight against terrorism, extremism and separatism. We should oppose the intervention of foreign forces in the internal affairs of Central Asian countries and efforts to create chaos in Central Asia and help Afghanistan achieve peace and stability as soon as possible and rebuild it.”
The statements of the Chinese foreign minister regarding the cooperation of the neighboring countries and the region with Afghanistan are raised while the special representative of China for Afghanistan had previously said that with the efforts of this country, a consensus has been formed that the international community should interact with the caretaker government.
China is one of the first countries that officially accepted the caretaker government’s ambassador, and the country’s ambassador in Kabul said not long ago that Beijing is ready for more political and economic cooperation with the caretaker government.
China and Afghanistan have significant political and economic cooperation. Economic interactions between Afghanistan and China are expanding more than before
