Kabul 24: Abolfazl Vareste; The former karateka of the Afghanistan national team has announced that he has won a gold and a bronze medal in the recent competitions of the French East Zone Karate Cup.
Varasteh also told the media that these competitions were held two days ago in the east of France.
According to him, more than 100 athletes from different countries participated in these competitions.
This Afghan banker won the gold medal in the “Combat” section by defeating his rivals.
Abulfazl Waraste has also won a bronze medal in the individual kata section.
These competitions were held for the purpose of preparing and evaluating athletes to participate in bigger competitions, and this Afghan athlete now lives in France.
