Afghan Trade Exhibition in Tashkent

The Ministry of Industry and Commerce announced that a three-day exhibition showcasing Afghan products will open on Tuesday in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Kabul 24: The event aims to strengthen economic, trade, transit, and investment relations between Afghanistan and Central Asian countries, market Afghan products in foreign markets, provide facilities for the private sector, and boost business activities abroad.

Exhibitors and Products

The exhibition will be attended by 250 industrialists and traders from Afghanistan. They will showcase a variety of Afghan products, including:

Carpets

Handicrafts

Precious and semi-precious stones

Dried fruits

Soft drinks

Pressure cookers

Other Afghan products

Sideline Events

In addition to the exhibition, a business forum and talks among private sector representatives will be held on the sidelines of the expo. The ministry stated that the event is part of the Islamic Emirate’s economic policies.

The exhibition aims to provide a platform for Afghan businesses to showcase their products, explore new markets, and strengthen economic ties with Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries
