The Ministry of Higher Education has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the National Development Corporation (NDC). This agreement aims to provide job opportunities to students who graduate from universities with necessary skills.
Minister’s Vision for Practical Work
Kabul 24: Acting Minister of Higher Education Neda Mohammad Nadim emphasized that the memorandum will help solve a large part of the ministry’s problems in organizing practical work. Nadim highlighted that the facilities provided by the National Development Company are crucial and require significant budget allocation.
Practical Work and Research Projects
According to Fazil Faizan, head of business and investment for NDC, students who complete their bachelor’s and master’s degrees will be introduced to the National Development Company if needed. These students will work practically in the research projects of the NDC.
University Professors’ Support
Some university professors consider this joint move of the ministry and NDC an effective and valuable step in the direction of the country’s progress.
National Development Corporation’s Projects
The Qosh Tepa Canal is the biggest project of the National Development Corporation, and work on the project is still ongoing. The company intends to do great things in the fields of mining, energy production, industry, agriculture, and transportation.
