Reuters eyewitnesses reported hearing a loud explosion, and a security source told the news agency that the explosion targeted a building in the Bachoureh neighborhood in central Beirut, near the parliament.
Thus, the closest Israeli attacks to the Lebanese government headquarters were reported.
