Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the political deputy of the Prime Minister’s Office, addressed a public meeting in Panjshir, stating that the presence of American drones in Afghanistan’s airspace is due to the Islamic Emirate’s insufficient equipment to prevent them.
Kabul 24: He emphasized that the Islamic Emirate has not received any financial aid from Washington for the patrolling of American drones, and the claims of talks are merely rumors.
No Financial Aid from Washington
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir further elaborated that while money does come into Afghanistan, it does not come under the control of the Islamic Emirate. He emphasized that the Islamic Emirate appoints institutions and welcomes those that are trustworthy and perform well.
However, the drone operations are problematic because the Islamic Emirate and the people lack the necessary equipment. If they had the equipment, just as they are not on the ground, they would not be in the air either.
Advancing Domestic and Foreign Policies Based on Sharia Law
Acting Minister of Borders and Tribal Affairs Noorullah Noori highlighted that the Islamic Emirate advances its domestic and foreign policies based on Sharia law and seeks good relations, movement, and trade with the world.

Commander Ahmad Shah Massoud then went from here towards Nooristan and the situation got worse day by day.

At the same time, a number of religious scholars at the meeting demanded uniform justice.
