Kabul 24: Zhirnov noted that interactions with Taliban representatives have intensified. He highlighted recent visits by Afghan officials, including the Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Industry and Trade, which reflect growing diplomatic engagement between Russia and the Taliban.

The ambassador also mentioned that economic relations between Moscow and Kabul are expanding, suggesting a focus on mutual benefits in trade and investment.
