Bank dismissed the federal indictment as a diversion from the Biden bribery findings

Former President Donald Trump has labeled the 37-count federal indictment he faces as nothing more than a “distraction” from the bribery allegations against President Biden. In an interview with Roger Stone, Trump expressed doubt that the timing of the charges, which allege that he stored classified government files at his Mar-a-Lago estate, was a mere coincidence.

Kabul24: He suggested that the indictment was an attempt to cover up the alleged $5 million bribery scheme involving the Ukrainian company Burisma, recently revealed by Republicans in the House.

In Trump’s view, the indictment is a disgrace and a deliberate move to divert attention from the troubling revelations about the Biden family. Despite the charges, Trump vehemently denies any wrongdoing and describes the new charges as “unpatriotic.” He accuses federal prosecutors of being “thugs” for alleging that he mishandled classified documents, including sensitive information on America’s defense programs.

Trump Criticizes Former Attorney General William Barr as a Coward

In addition to criticizing the indictment, Trump directed his ire at his former attorney general, William Barr, who had expressed his belief that Trump was in serious trouble after reading the charges. Trump dismissed Barr’s comments, calling him a “coward who didn’t do his job.” He accused Barr of acting out of fear of impeachment and labeled the counts against him as baseless. Trump’s dissatisfaction with Barr’s departure from the White House seems to stem from a perceived lack of loyalty.

Despite the legal challenges he faces, Trump remains defiant and encourages his supporters to join a planned protest outside the Miami federal court building where he is scheduled for arraignment. He emphasizes the need for strength and peaceful protest, arguing that the country is being taken away from its citizens. Trump asserts his innocence and rallies his supporters to stand up against what he perceives as a threat to the nation
