Trump Growing Increasingly Frustrated with Iran’s Conduct in War-Ending Talks, Seriously Considering Renewed Large-Scale Military Strikes

According to a CNN report, U.S. President Donald Trump has become increasingly impatient with Iran’s approach to negotiations aimed at ending the ongoing conflict.

Kabul 24: Sources close to the president say he is now more seriously reviewing the option of resuming large-scale military attacks against Iran than at any point in recent weeks.Informed sources told CNN that Trump’s patience has run out over the continued closure of the Strait of Hormuz and what he describes as deep divisions within Iran’s leadership.

Trump believes these internal rifts are preventing Tehran from offering meaningful concessions on the nuclear issue. While a fragile ceasefire remains in place between the United States and Iran, the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz has caused global energy prices to surge dramatically.

Trump has repeatedly expressed strong dissatisfaction with Iran’s delayed and inadequate responses to Washington’s proposals.

He has described the U.S. offer as “more than generous” and far more favorable than expected, yet characterized Tehran’s replies as insufficient and unacceptable.Senior aides report that the president is now actively examining military options with renewed seriousness.

This comes after recent U.S. strikes on Iranian targets in response to alleged attacks on American vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. Trump reportedly referred to the previous American action as a “love tap,” while warning that continued Iranian intransigence would trigger far more severe measures.

Analysts note that the prolonged closure of the vital waterway has not only strained the global economy but has also exhausted the Trump administration’s tolerance.

The president reportedly views Iran’s fractured leadership as incapable of making decisive moves to end the war and reach a meaningful agreement.Indirect negotiations through mediators continue, but sources close to the talks suggest little significant progress is expected in the near term.

Experts warn that any resumption of large-scale military operations could have far-reaching consequences for regional stability and the global economy, given the Strait of Hormuz’s critical role in world oil transportation.

Nevertheless, the Trump administration insists it remains prepared for both paths — a diplomatic agreement or decisive military action — and is awaiting a more serious response from Tehran.

Trump has reportedly made it clear that the current situation is unsustainable and that the United States will not tolerate indefinite disruption of international navigation and energy markets.
